Returns and Refunds

Health and personal care products, cosmetics, snacks and dry goods cannot be returned.

The store reserves the right not to return or exchange goods, except in the following cases:

1. The product does not match the customer's order or is sent incorrectly.

2. The product and its packaging are defective.

3. The product has expired.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

You must return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, not used or altered in any way. The store will be responsible for shipping the return. Once the store receives the returned item, it will ship the new item within the next 1-2 business days.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the original method of payment. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and send your refund.

Non-delivery packages

If the package is undeliverable and returned to, the shipping and return total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded. If the cost of return exceeds the total amount of merchandise including shipping costs, you will not be refunded.
